considering peace out is english slang, a literal translation would be a weird thing to hear for a spanish speaker.

just use one of the common ways to say goodbye in spanish.

you wont get as many funny looks.

I have no idea. There is no direct translation for this one. But literal translation will be:

“Paz afuera”,

which in Spanish does not make any sense. But you can use other words in Spanish like:

Te veo manaña = I see you tomorrow
Te veo luego = I see you later
Adiós = goodbye
Etc.

i don't know in Spanish but in Italian it is 'pace' and paz is near... son i might be the good one !!
