Bill pay says it has already this payment but it does not show it in upcoming payments

Yahoo bill pay seems to have been on and off over the last few months, according to the complaints on here. I'm going to have to snail mail this month's payments, if I remember how. The sad thing is there is no customer service to help. MSN has a similar checkfree bill pay program and will probably move to it if this keeps up.
