if you've had mono before can you catch it again?

my friend recelnty was diagnosed with mono and we kissed before, ive already had mono, is it possible for me to catch it again?

As a healthcare provider I can tell you that if you've been diagnosed with mono before...you can always catch it again. Having it once does not give you immunity, if that's what you mean.
