I know this may sound gross, but I have had a personal experience with this. Put mayonnaise in your hair and leave it in your hair for 10-30 minutes. It WORKS MIRACLES!!! It leaves your hair so soft and shiny! After your done with the mayo, just was it with some shampoo. (I recommend Dove shampoos, they are amazing.) Hope that helps.

I always mix Suave Daily Clarifying with Sheer Blonde, and occasionally mix in a little VO5 if I need extra moisture. Always use a leave-in conditioner.

Avoid blowdrying if you can help it. If I'm not in a hurry, in summer I sit out in the sun until it's dry, and in the winter I stand a little ways back from the wall heater and pull my hair around.

Brush carefully. Divide it in half, gently picking out the tangles and working from top to bottom. After it's untangled, carefully push it back behind your shoulders and brush it into place. Keep a brush handy to tidy it up a little during the day.

To keep my hair from tangling when I'm leaning back, I pull it around beside me; or toss it over the back of the chair if possible. Same thing with sleeping; if I don't braid it, I toss it behind me on the pillow.

For summer season, the wavy sea coast hair seem is amazingly very in and the nice and cozy button is to no longer have it seem very set. i think of its wonderful. in case you like a greater "set" seem you may desire to easily use a sturdy curling iron. It won't final very long, besides the incontrovertible fact that it's going to provide you the end result you're searching for. basically be sure you no longer wash your hair the day in the previous you agree directly to apply the curling iron by way of fact the organic oils help your hair stay curly longer and use a sturdy conditioner to get the products you utilize out and restoration the wear and tear the curling iron has accomplished. That device works somewhat nicely for me and that i've got the stereotypically soft Asian hair which falls flat all the time.

Keep it nice and healthy and moisturized. Carry leave in conditioner if you have to and just spritz and work through as needed. Also, split ends can cause a LOT of problems. I hadn't cut my hair in two years and was getting sick of tangles, then I went to get a trim and was told that my hair *which was down to my butt* needed to be cut to a little bellow the top of my shoulders in order to remover most of the split ends. Haven't had a problem since.

Also, if your hair is UP to your waist, where IS it growing from? My hair is DOWN to the bottom of my shoulder blades.

*sorry, little screaming english teacher in my brain. forgive me*

If you have really thin hair like me make sure that you deep condition it.....But make sure that you wash all of the conditioner out. You might also look at what kind or shampoo and conditioner you are using. Hard water can also make your hair feel like it is not soft.

I'm sure you already use conditioner but even if you are I would also use a leave in conditioner. Proclaim has one that you spray in after showering. It works really well and leaves my hair feeling soft and silky.

use herbal essences, or some kind of garnier fructis shampoo.
dont let the conditoner soak in for to long or it gets less soft, and if your hair is long get it trimmed up all nice, and its cool to have it going shorter in the frount so it curles around your face in a neat fashon. and brush it often not to much or you get frizz.
hope this helps =].

try using an intensive conditioner for a little while that might make it softer. if you have any split ends get them trimmed up as they can make hair feel a little bit tangled.

is your hair curly or thick? if it's , all u got to do is trim it, then conditioner it daily, then brush it gently. don't be mad if it's tangle while you are brushing them. hold the tangle part with your hand, and continue to brush it gently

-Get dead ends cut off.
-Use a deep conditionar. (sp)
-Put this oil kinda stuff in, and brush it through. (not a lot!, just on the ends)
-Make sure you use stuff to protect your hair if you straighten, blow dry, style, etc. with your hair.
Then, i'd suggest maybe getting some leave in conditionar too.
