Ok.. wow.. i just had to step in here b/c i didnt want you to see the first two peoples answers and think you won the lottery. there is NO WAY and i repeat NO WAY that you are getting 100k let alone 20k for your claim.
I cannot tell you specifically how much youll get because your symptoms are very broad but your total amount you will get to keep after (meaning after all the medicals are paid etc. ) is going to be between like 2k and 10k (depending on if you have a permenancy rating)
These people get on here and dont know the first thing about car insurance and just put bogus answers.. so i hope you arent planning a down payment on a house or something after you saw their answers..

Yeah, those first two answers were just so helpful!
Honestly, 5 months of chiro treatment is excessive. The lingering part of the pain is questionable. You didn't say that much about your age, occupation, state of health or where this happened. And all of those things matter.
So- I would say maybe between 5,000 to 7500. If you're really lucky you might get 10k. But don't count on it and don't think you're going to hit the lottery. If you had a strain/sprain injury those are not worth much. I've been handling claims for 16 years and don't remember ever paying that much money for someone who just saw a chiro for a back problem. Every case is different, every person is different, and every venue is different, so no one can tell you for sure what your claim is worth.

My son had a head-on with a drunk driver ,no lights and wrong side of road. The driver was arrested 0.08 alcohol. This was 2 years ago and over 1500.00 in doctor bills. X rays show some damage but nothing from the other side as of 02/2007, It takes awhile before the insurance company settles or go to court

Soft tissue only, DC treatment only, negative Xrays.
Honestly, 3K would be my top offer without further details. Typical settlement range might be $1,500 to $5,000.
So your truck was totaled. Just saying "totaled" isn't an indication of accident severity.
Was it a 10 year old clunker or a newer vehicle (1-3 yrs old) in good condition? It doesn't take much to total older vehicles or vehicles in poor condition.
Also, what kind of priors do you have? Do you work a job that would contribute to your back pain? Do you participate in sports or other activities that would contribute to your back pain? Do you have any medical conditions that would contribute to your back pain (arthritis, obesity, etc.)?
There are a lot of variables considered when evaluating a claim.

Consider yourself lucky to have come out of it with some semblance of health. Especially when you say that all you have is a "lingering back pain".
Yes, you will probably be reimbursed somewhere close to what the 2 claims people (above this answer) said.. However, the road ahead is long, and bumpy to get every dollar.
Good Luck.

You will get whatever their insurance is worth and no more, if it's $100,000 thats what you will get as long as you have a good lawyer and if you want more you will have to take the people to court to sue them, either way don't expect any money for at least 2 yrs.

Maybe 20,000, and your attorney probably gets 40% of that.
