I am 14 and basically none of my friends have a boyfriend. I am homeschooled, my parents are very set upon me not dating until I am 18.

That really sucks...my mom used to say that I wasn't allowed to date until I am 16 but when she found out that all of my other friends are dating and stuff she lifted that and now I am allowed to date. (not that anyone wants to go out with me :( ) I am almost 14 now.

Just talk to your parents calmly and tell them that all of your friends are allowed to date and that maybe they'll consider letting you date at 16 or maybe they'll even go for 14 or 15....

Act very responsible with your actions and have a good attitude. Show them that you are responsible and can be trusted.

Oh my goodness...wait! Listen to your parents and don't get caught up in a relationship. Enjoy your freedom. I always tell my little cousins this because I always had a boyfriend in high school and it is seriously a huge waste of time!
Besides the waste of time, the relationship is not as fulfilling if you are constantly trying to hide it.

Talk to your parents and see if you can come to an agreement
