ok you need something like aloe vera plant, lotion or oil coat that on, there is nothing you can do to rush it but chances are you can soothe it with that.

As a red-head with really fair skin, I am a subject matter expert on sunburn.
1. Time (it will take time for your skin to heal)
2. Find a really good after-sun product.
3. If the burns are 2nd degree (blistering) or greater, go see a doctor immediately!

I use aloe gel it cools my skin and It usually looses the red within a few days but I dont know if thats just me. It does help soothe it though so I would definately try some kind of aloe.

Thus one is easy You need plain white vinegar and soke a rag and keep putting compresses on were you are burnt and itll be gone overnite and take the sting out.. My mom did this to me so many times when I was young. It works

ALOE GEL and apply on your skin as many times as you want a day. Your skin will most likely be peeling off after about 5 days and then you should be fine.

I learned this by accident when I lived in the south. Make some caffeine tea. Get it cool to the touch. Dab it on your burn. Repeat as needed. This works because tea has tannin in it & that cures cow hide.

cake on the aloe vera lotion.... it will get better in a few days... but really really put it on thick! your skin will soak it up quickly!
