habib = 'friend' or 'beloved'
habibi = 'my friend' or 'my beloved';
ya is a marker of the vocative (something like 'O');
nor = 'light';
nor al = 'light of the';
ain = literally 'eye', but metaphorically can have a much wider meaning.
So the whole thing means something like:
'My beloved, O light of my world'
