Not very. Take the red line two stops, then switch to the island line (blue) and head the other way.

Or, if you are up for it, walk to TST and catch a Star ferry over toward the Convention Center / WanChai. A bit of a walk but far more enjoyable and scenic.

If you are looking at this as a daily commute, it wouldn't be bad. If just a touristy thing, I'd walk it and see the sights.
