1. I assume you mean a Linux distrubution that comes with 3D Desktop preconfigured. Out of those in development, the most stable and tried one is probably Sabayon Linux, found at http://www.sabayonlinux.org/ . Here is a download link: http://www.sabayonlinux.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=16&Itemid=27
You'll want to download the DVD version for a full suite of software, you can download the mini-iso version too if you don't have a DVD burner. Also, use the 32 bit version as it is more difficult to get software to function in a 64 bit environment.

2. The latest release of Sabayon Linux is version 3.26.

3. You can actually install Linux without ever deleting your Windows setup via a process called Dual-booting. Such things will be automatically configured for you when you run the setup process.

it really is atypical, I absolutely have not at all considered it do this to absolutely everyone else's gadget. pondering it really is a nicely common, particularly secure operating equipment which does no longer conflict through from virus and secret agent ware infections, and is faster and extra powerful than residing house windows, it typically improves performance. And 80 % of the servers on the internet are operating Linux. And at the same time as installation it does no longer some thing until eventually you tell it to. it continually grants the alternative to envision with residing house windows and run twin boot, or to remove residing house windows and run on my own. because the thousands of thousands of those who've put in it and used it effectively have managed to adhere to the installation practise wisely, you could't blame the operating equipment for a persons'' failure to study them or to go with the appropriate recommendations. So it ought to point that it became no longer the equipment that did the wear and tear and tear notwithstanding the stupidity of the installer. And at the same time as installation it shows a licence settlement the position it obviously states that because it really is loose application it ought to no longer carry any criminal duty for losses incurred. so that you blew it. by the way, i'm replying to this on a gadget operating Linux very very like the thousands of different linux depending machines lots of my customers use. So strengthen up. You obviously haven't any clue what you're doing and could no longer be messing with pcs. Ubuntu IS a Linux operating sytem. it isn't residing house windows.
