I have! read the 2nd chapter of Acts too. This is for the new testament church. Being spirit filled is an awesome powerful thing. I don't see how anyone can fight the good fight without it...
have you experienced this too?

No, of course not, this time is coming, but has not happened yet. In a way I wish it would, it would be nice, but in another way, it will be the worst time on planet Earth, so it is not going to be fun.
By the way, I think you mean Joel 2:28-29...you might want to take a look at Joel 3. Also, I have God's Spirit living in me, so, at least that part is taken care of...
