Under their own power -- no. Christ was the only One Who ascended by His own power.
However, Enoch and Elijah were taken up to Heaven.

Jesus Christ is the only One that died, Resurrected and then ascended. But others have ascended, such as Enoch and Elijah but they didn't experience death. There are others who have been and shall experience Resurrection, and still others in the book of Revelation that will ascend such as the Two Witnesses.
