SO. i pass this guy every day in the hallway and theres always eye contact. I want to say hi and start talking to him just for fun cause he seems like a cool guy. How do i approach him, what to say without seeming like a weirdo. haha.

Just say "Hey I've seen you around but don't know your name, what is it?"
strike up a convo. cover your bases - what movies, music, hobbies, blah blah blah.
just be friendly, nothing weird about that.

OK OK. first of all, dont approach HIM. just make eye contact and smile seductively when you pass him.
the next day you can smile and say hi to him. if he is interested he should start talking to you.
dont just go up and be like HI IM JENNY or whatever, just smile at him and say hi, then keep walking, he will be hooked!

Say something casual, or what you notice is going on. Like, have you noticed the teacher is blah blah blah? Make sure you have something in common first.

Well....ok before u pass him in the hallway...while he is at his locker just like slide on up to it and say hey, ive noticed we see eachother everyday and i just wanted to say hey!
