if u r too much into him/her i guess it's okay coz u can get attracted to anyone even ur cousin and slowly fall in love and time may arise when u don't know what to do. but u know what maybe if u go 4 a future relation then there maybe some complicacies as u both have the same blood. scietifically it's not good to have such a relation but emotionally.... well u can't control ur mind!

once you're first cousins then no, this is not any longer ok. you're too genetically comparable and in case you had young little ones they could have extreme issues. to no longer point out that your father and mom could prove.
