Don't worry about the age difference. Two years is not a big deal. And yes, its maturity that counts. Try dating him, and if it doesn't work out you have nothing to lose.

Hi, no age does not matter. I Met my husband when i 30 and he was 23 at first i was paranoid and everybody had something to say . Your Co workers are right it is about maturity and how he treats you. Now it is 7 years later we have just had our first baby and things could not be better. Dont worry what everybody says 2 years is nothing. Goodluck hope it all works out for you.

Nah it's not that big a deal. plus hey you make it seem like there is a HUGE gap in your ages! lol there's not..two years is nuthin sweetie. Heck I even dated a guy 3 years younger. It really is more about the other persons behavioral patterns. If they act more like their shoe size, it's a pretty good indication that they will not be a good partner. If hes mature and you are too then I see no problem in the two of ya'll dating. not that i ever did before. Good luck dear.

Two years isnt a big deal. Check this out, my (ex) friend is dating a 35 year old guy and she is 17. Long story but this is why were not friends anymore. It makes me wonder what problems the guy has if he can't find someone hi own age. So again I think its perfectly ok to be with this guy. As long as he fits you standards its cool.

2 years? thats not a big deal at all dear. Atleast he's legal. Don't worry about it, if you like him, go for it. Dont worry what other people will think about it. (Anyone bugging over a 2 year age difference has some issues of their own anyway)

You are just paranoid. And 2 years it's nothing. I believe all guys stop growing mentally after they reach 13 anyway :)~
Trust me, I married someone who's 9 years older than me and he still act like a kid sometime (a lovable kid, of cause). As long as he's good to you everything else is just minor details. Good Luck.

If he's a mature 18, sure, why not date him.
The fact that other people can "see" how well you get along and the sparkle each of you shows, is really nice.
Enjoy it.

I don't think 2 years difference at your age is anything to worry about...I'm marrying a guy who is five years younger than I am.
