what can be done about a father with no custody putting my childs pic on my space.we were never married?

I can honestly say i don't think anything can be done if he is taking the pics from you though send them to my space if you go to help they tell you how to report it and they will take action and delete them.

did he sign away his parental rights as well as custody? if not, then he's still the father. contact a lawyer. they can give you more info.
