Just by looking at the Iron alone, I would say it's over priced. Plus, that type of plate is not good for the hair.

That looks ok. I have a Chi and I love it.

Also, don't get a big plated flat iron, they are hard to control and you can't get close to your scalp with it.

personally i think this isnt the greatest iron... anything controlled by dial is dangerous in my opinion. personally, i would say g with a chi. they are like the best out there.
