Be thankful you have parent's who bother to talk to you. Lot's of kid's have parent's that don't know they exist. If you are not doing anything you shouldn't be you should be able to have conversations with them easily. Learn to enjoy their concern. They will be gone before you know it and you may never have anyone that cares like your parent's.

Face the music...get it over and done with so you don't have to worry about it any more. If they are confronting you on some bad stuff with school, you need to hear it. They are just trying to guide you. Put a smile on your face and go sit in a chair opposite your dad. Going to him with a happy or pleasant face will change the atmosphere. Don't go in all angry and sullen...

Tell him how you feel, tell him that you prefer being alone, and that you´ll talk to him later. Or just say that everything at school was fine and then lock yourself up in your room again...
