Are you sure you don't mean "Meine Ehre Heisst Treue"?. It means "My Honor is as my Loyalty", a motto of the SS. "Alles fur Deutschland" means "everything for Germany".

It says "My honor is my loyalty" or, more loosely "It is my pride to be loyal" (sorry Fata, I stumbled on the "as" in your translation so I thought I'd clarify).That motto was the slogan of the SS.Please note that possesion of such things is not allowed in a number of countries in europe.
