Go out on a date. When you are on your date or after your date, find a nice quiet, private place where the two of you can be alone and share the moment together. Preferably, this would be a romantic place. Somewhere dark but not pitch black: a park under the moon (a rising full moon is really romantic), the beach at dusk, the middle of the football field at night, whatever. Take his hand and get close to him face to face. Or give him a hug. When you are feeling really close to each other, look at him. Look at his eyes. Look at his face. Look at his lips. Look at his eyes some more. Give it a few moments to let the sparks fly. Anticipation is fun. Don't stare. That's creepy. Look like you like what you see about him and want to remember everything about him. Do it with a smile! Be as inviting as you can. It's as if you are trying to telepathically tell him and invite him to kiss you. No talking. Let your body language and your eyes and your facial expression do the talking. If he's kind of dense, open your mouth a bit. Bite your lips a little. Lick your lips. If he still doesn't get it, ask him "are you going to kiss me?" I don't know any guy that dense that won't act at that point. Give him a moment. If he gets all tongue tied with a deer in the headlight look, tell him "I like to kiss you. Can I?" If he says yes and haven't planted on you by now, then you lean in. Close your eyes and kiss him. Don't just go for a quick peck. It's anticlimatic after all that build up. Actually kiss him romantically. I assume you know how to do the actual kissing part.

Well gurl i think you should just walk up to him and start making out with him thats the easiest way to find out if he really wants to kiss you and if hes doesnt like it then you know

*sigh* i truly wish i could help you on this one, or more than i can, anyway. i'm still with my first boyfriend, but our first kiss was NOT a happy one. it was a time of confusion and horrible sadness, luckily we passed it.
but this is about you, not me. i don't think it'd be good if you just randomly kissed him. i just think it'll come naturally. even if you kiss him on the cheek or something, it might give you both a bit more confidence.
i say wait for the right moment...

just ask him - "are you gonna kiss me or not" if he wants to then he will and he will know the next time. its sometimes hard for guys to understand the signs lol.
