why am i so paranoid?... a little common sense please?

anytime i'm talking to a guy and he doesn't call when i expect, or i think he sees me online but says nothing i freak out!!!!! right now i'm freaking do to lack of response from the guy i'm dating... I text him last night and got no response... we were online at the same time and he said nothing... now I have started to freak out a little bit!!! i don't think there is a god reason but i do it all the time... i told him i got on birth control and he never responded i'm afraid i may have scared him away! I don't know why i do this withe every guy 9 times out of ten they call later!
