i know u use sprite and cough syrup but how much of each and which kinda syrup?
oh and does it taste good??

First... you cant use any type of cough syrup. Lean is PROMETHAZINE with CODEINE SYRUP which has to be prescribed via your doctor. After you obtain the medication you want to use about 2-4 oz of syrup mixed with a 12 or 20 oz can or bottle of sprite. Shake and enjoy my friend because it taste great and goes down smooth.
Using any other kind of cough syrup and you are just wasting your time.

any cough syrup with codeine will do. if u wanna get real f-d up then put in like 10 oz of cough syrup into sprite

Between 2 to 8 oz. of cough syrup would be appropriate, depending on how messed up you want to get. If you want to get real crazy, add a little Gin to the mix. You'll pass out in about 15 minutes.

Not just any cough syrup will do, make sure it has codeine in it
