Considering that it was only two weeks ago that you asked if you should start a family with your husband of three weeks....I'd say you would be better off asking your therapist these questions.
Perhaps he can also address how you can simultaneously be 10 weeks pregnant, nursing a newborn, attempting to get pregnant, and in other various stages of delusion.

well...it's normal for your breasts to swell. I don't know why your belly has blue marks though. your feet are probably hurting because you have more weight and more of a strain on them, same with your back. Your back leaning back when you walk is just your body's way of "balancing" you out. Since you're getting bigger in the front, you're automatically leaning back for balance. I don't really know about the blood sugar thing, but maybe you should ask these things to your doctor? And if you already have, maybe you should get a new doctor.

Go to a different doctor, preferably an OB/GYN.
You need a second opinion.
Be sure to get a glucose tolerance test and have your BP checked regularly.

I think you need to speak with someone who has experience in pre-natal care. Ask your doctor if there is anyone he (or she) could recommend that specializes in pre-natal conditions. I left a link for some web sites for you, good luck, you should be fine.

These are questions you should ask your doctor. But when you feet get bigger along with your breast, that is normal.

it's because you have 2 husbands lol! one's enough for me!!
seriously though - you're pregnant, even if you're not showing those area's are still sensitive. I hated even wearing pants when i was pregnant because i hated the way they felt on my belly.

You're pregnant, those things are normal. Get used to it, you're body is going to go through a lot more changes before you're done.

Honey, there's something wrong with you. Maybe you should ask one of your two husbands.
