I got notice today. It looked almost like junk mail. Any current balances will move to APR after 4/2 unless you notify them in writing.

Perhaps all Target Visa's don't have the same terms, but I wanted to give a heads up.

The economy is actually slowing down. They are looking to take advantage of slower spending rates and charge more interest. Not that is wrong. It is the principals of economics.
I don't think that they should be able to change their rules for existing card holders.

I use that visa card and nothing changed.

I think this is because the economy is starting to build up... it's usually Prime + X%... as long as you pay off in full, you won't notice.
