We use Polar Night in my surgery and we've had no complaints.
It's a home bleaching kit, you simply come into the surgery and have upper/lower moulds of your teeth taken and bleaching trays are then made up for you to use at home.As for the results, that's up to you, once your happy with the colour of the teeth stop bleaching, just lay off tea, coffee, red wine, curries, and smoking as these will stain the teeth and remember only your natural teeth will respond to the bleach, anything artificial like crowns or bridges wont bleach.

i would not use whitening kits because they can strip the enamel off ur teeth and make the very sensitive. U should either go to the dentist or just try a good whitening toothpaste.

I believe that crest white strips work well though they slip around really easily.

(but no commercial whitener is totally safe since some weaken your tooth enamel and most cause sensitive teeth)

I think using whitening mouthwash would be one of the safer options, but it takes longer to work than other options.

The safest option is probably using normal whitening toothpaste with your toothbrush thicklycovered with baking soda. Some people reccomend dipping your toothbrush in peroxide since this helps it whiten your teeth but you must be VERY careful not to swallow any. I use toothpaste and baking soda and it's working but it takes longer than using other stuff to see a lot of difference.

They might work, but they damage the enamel making the teeth more sensitive.I suggest methods used by the dentist or at least ask his opinion.Natural methods:sage leaf rubbed on your teeth or bicarbonate on your toothbrush once a month with a little water.

Yes, they work, but they take considerably longer and you have to be a little more careful, especially with things like the peroxide.

If you compare it to the dentist the home care is cheaper, but takes a lot longer and could hurt. You get what you pay for.

I used the Crest Whitening Strips and they seemed to work, but my teeth became sensitive from the bleach. I had to discontinue use for awhile.

You bet they do. Crest Whitestrips work great. And you can get a home kit from your dentist that will work better.

Not very good. Best is to buy from your dentist, because a/ he will fit the trays for you, and b/ he is allowed to sell stronger stuff. These worked well for me , but can leave you a bit sensitive
