I get migraines and they are not all centered in the frontal lobe.
It's tough for anyone to accurately describe pain but for a 7 year old it must be impossible. Don't discount migraines even though it is unusual for someone her age to have them. Does noise and light bother her? When she has the headache and looks at you do you seem to have a light or glow around you (auras)? That is a typical migraine. She'd need to see a Dr. preferably a neurologist who could determine why she is persistently having them. There is medication that really halts the attack. Secondly, does she get these headaches after she has been in the car. Perhaps, its motion sickness - that causes throwing up too.
It doesn't necessarily hit while you're in the car. Thirdly,
It could be a sinus infection. That causes severe frontal lobe headaches. If this is the case then she needs a Dr. and medication. The key to what you should do is how often and how long they last. No one wants anyone to be in pain and headaches could indicate other neurological problems that might be picked up in a full Dr. check-up. If your Dr. pushes it off like it's nothing - then see another Dr. It's better to be safe than sorry. Good luck

I used to have a problem like that, only it was in the back, and I think that I was around that age too. It also caused me to throw up. If I were you I would definatly go see a doctor. I did and I found out I had a thyroid problem. Dont know if that has anything to do with it, and I used to get these A LOT. Probably around 2-3 times a day. Another thing is that it could all be in her head. Believe it or not that also caused it. Hope this helps and good luck. Definatly see a doctor.

Oh dear- a 7 year old should not have headaches like that!
I can think of several things that might cause that, but your best bet for a diagnosis and treatment is a doctor. So take her to one.
Good luck!

If she is throwing up that is a classic migraine. I get them too. Is she light & sound sensitive. What works for me is either Advil migraine and a cold cloth on her forehead, and dark quiet room. A couple of hours rest. Good luck God bless and put angels on your pillows.

Migrains can lead to vommiting and visual disturbances.
But of course, I would see a doctor very soon.
It could be a neurological problem such a brain tumour, exposure to things such a mercury or lead or some other degenerative desease.
