me and my boyfriend are both in the 8th grade and he is really shy
but when it just me and him he is not at all.i am always making the first move ...you know putting my hand out first ,kiss him 1st,hugs you guessed it i made the first move......except one time at my party..we went to the movies and he made all the moves.i really like him.!!!!!! and he calls me almost everyday and tells me he loves me in front of his friends should i just keep making the 1st moves or what ...

Talk to him and ask him if he is comfortable with holding hands etc. and tell him it would be nice for him to make the first move sometimes.

Be glad that you have a shy guy sweetie! Atleast then you know he's not going to be flirting with other girls.. lol.. On a serious note honey, he's respecting you and not wanting to take advantage of you and then break up with you.. Let things happen naturally,, when he's comfortable around you and its natural he will then loosen up! Alittle advice, dont force yourself onto him, it might push him away.. Being too forward can be a bad thing too honey! Good luck !

Keep this relationship going. Don't tell him to take his turn you know but just keep it going. My relationship lasted 1 month and a few weeks so lucky for you because I miss him. He's like my best friend as a guy now and he's moving to France. :'(
