I do a self check every day, and I have three accountability partners who I talk with at least one every day, and we hold each other accountable for our actions. So I have no beam in my eye.

God has convicted me of this very thing. We all need to stop comparing ourselves and judging ourselves to others and fault finding others and I speak this including my self. This scripturere is found in Matthew 7 of the Bible. Thank you for posting.
