my dog is a chichuha i think i spelled it wrong and he is 8 years young and i love my pet he is such great company but he is ruining some furniture

Being that he is 8 years it might be tough to "train" him but I would start with crate training, look into the potty pads and leave one in the crate (As long as you have a big enough crate) My baby has a big crate with a puppy pad in it just in case of a accident.. but if you can get him use to peeing on the pad it might become habit, just praise him when he does go where he is suppose to and scold him (put him in the crate) when he pees where he shouldn't

yes....place your dog in a crate when you leave but remember that the crate needs to fit the dog. There can't be enough room for him to have a spot at one end of it where he can go pee or poo and still have another spot where he can still lay down away from it.

does he have to pee cause if a dog has to pee it raises its leg u could take him to the vet to see whats the matter with him
