We are friends, and lately, our meetings and emails have been incredibly flirtatious. We have discussed being more than friends and decided to be friends, but we are friends with a lot of flirting. I think now we both know we like each other, but she keeps telling me what she likes in a guy, where she wants to live, what her dreams and life goals are, and complimenting me a lot. Is she getting serious about our relationship??

I should say that the ideal things she looks for are the very things I have touted to try to show her who I am.

Do you want to be in a relationship with her? It sounds like you are both heading in that direction. If you both like each other so much and flirt so much, then maybe you should give dating a try. However, perhaps you both agreed not to date because you were afraid of ruining the friendship. I guess it's important to see how things develop. If you both find that you are miserable without each other, then it's time to give up the friend act and become more than that. Good luck!

From what it sounds like, you two should go out, but be careful becuase if you break up, and if you break up on the wrong note, you may ruin what sounds like a great friendship. Go ahead. Test the waters...&& Good Lukk!

Maybe, or, she's hinting that she likes another guy. See if what she says is qualities about you. If it is, then she probably wants to take it further.
