corn huschers lotion works well. Also put on any thick lotion and then put on socks and sleep in them your feet will feel smoother in the am

Treat youself to a good pedicure....that's what I do. They take the dead skin off and apply lotion...it's a great way to feel good. Then after that you can regularly use a good foot cream. The skin on you heels becomes rough because of the wear and tear on your feet everyday. The dead skin needs to be removed; usually by use of abrasion (like a pumice stone...or a file board made for this) on a regular basis. You can do it yourself; they sell items like this in the same isle that they sell nailpolish in.

I use a pumice stone to remove the dead skin first, then use one of the cooling (mint) foot creams. You have to do that nightly for a while to get rid of the dead skin first. Otherwise it won't work.
Then keep putting cream on your feet daily for summertime sandal feet.
