He is eternal, he has always been there.

God came out of nothing?
We NEVER say that.

"isn't it possible that the universe has always been here?"....
What are you talking about? In Genesis we can see the creation of the universe.

In the beginning God created the space time continuum and matter and the matter was without form and void and darkness was upon the event horizon of the gravity well. And God said "Let there be light" and we had a Big Bang.

Later he said " Let the earth bring forth the creatures of the sea" - evolution

This is something that scientists, theorists, philosophers, well pretty much everybody tries to answer. A lot of us, who don't get our answers from some book written a couple thousand years ago, have come to the conclusion that the first atom started moving billions of years ago (I forgot the exact number of years). Over time and through evolution, that one atom reproduced and became the millions of species still thriving on earth today. Just look how similar we all are: we have to eat, sleep, use the restroom, operate on water, have eyes, nose, ears (most species, but of course plants give off the oxygen we breathe). The only thing we haven't discovered is exactly how that first atom was formed/accelerated. a chemical reaction from the sun? Perhaps lightening?

Well in my opinion the answer is quite simple.

Universe~(one verse)

That one verse is Genesis 1:1.

Ha! Brilliant

Because it is empty! Do you even know what the hell you are talking about when you say god? I didnt think so.
It is called a fools game and you like playing.
If you are so sure of your belief why keep bringing it up and trying to prove? You need reassurance yourself? I know how it is.
Ok fine the man with a beard in the sky created everything, wow he is so cool. And you are a dumba@$!!! Bye bye

It's funny how christians tell atheists something can't come out of nothing, yet they accept the fact that god came out of nothing.

Alright, if god is eternal, isn't it possible that the universe has always been here? You're biased in your thinking.

Where did God come from? You just read a question that must be answered before anyone can buy into your Mythology.

Have a nice day.
