Hell yaaa!!!! it has a better vertion of it. U can hear the cards fliping, clicking and all kinds of cool stuff

Yes, but it's a newer version. If your Games folder is empty, you need to go to Control Panel / Programs / Install Windows Components... then check the box next to Games. I really like the new version of Free Cell in Vista.
