i need to hold up fundraising events to gain 6k by the end of march for a project focusing on sending teens upto the capitol to speak in front of elected officials. How can i fundraise for this cause in order to reacc our goal?

Browse the internet for some "online shop" that can be managed easily by the teens themselves. Have them promote the website and the reason they are doing it among their family, friends, teachers, clergy, etc.... folks are buyins stuff everyday across the internet - they may as well buy it from your group and help them meet their goals.
Keep in mind - even in fundraising you have to spend money to make money... but with online businesses such as these you don't have to spend a lot and the products give a great net profit to go in your cause.

PS - I have been a professional Fund Raiser for 20 years... this REALLY works. Work smart - not hard... this beats the heck out of selling cookies door to door and teaches the kids a LOT about business and responsibility. Plus it gets them involved in a big way with the purpose of the fundraising.
