He sits beside me in chem and it seems like every chem class we become a little closer. How can I make conversation with him without without excluding my other chem partner? I want to get to know him more personally and try to go out with him. What stuff should I talk about and do?

When ever your working with your partners just ask question in general...Like what did you do this weekend??? That way you can get an idea of stuff he may like and not exclude your other partner. And why don't you ask him for his number so maybe he could help you with "homework" over the phone. Then that way you can start a conversation when you call him.

HOPE EVERYTHING WORKS OUT!!!

Well, don't talk, listen. Ask him about everything and be really interested. People like you when you are genuinely interested in what they have to say.
Also, let him know that it would be cool for him to ask you to do something outside of chemistry class. That lets him ask you.
I loved Chem lab....I always made sure I was with the really smart guys and then kept up with them. I'm still friends with some of them....I have a weakness for geeks.

Talk about stuf that isn't nessecarily chem but talk about other interests or his siblings or school stuff. Talking to him about chem things would leave your partner out.

Pass him notes (but not too many or he may become irritated) then if that goes well see if you can meet him after class, walk to his locker or something. If all the signs are positive you can work up from there.

I would just talk about what you guys are doing this weekend or maybe something stupid that happened or anything funny that could make him laugh or you can even compliment him or tease him

Just talk to them and ask simple questions. Then as you get to know them more... you can get into the more detailed questions.

well i just try to talk to him as much as i can,
he knows i like him so it`s kinda weird but i`m happy he knows
i just try to say, "hey.. can i borrow a pencil/paper/eraser?"
& eventually as time passes, talking about anything else will
become easier.

Crush is a soda. But I can't recommend talking to a soda. People will think you're nuts.
