What are some ways, I really want to get to heaven. What are some ways?

I don't know any ways, but I am trying to think of some ways.

Heaven is waiting for my depressed soul, I can't take no more, It is time for me to come home to God.

I need to go home to heaven.

rush into a burning building to save a kitten. that will get youi right to heaven! Oh, just be sure to make sure the kitten is on the top floor and the building is very smoky so you are overcome by smoke before you get to the kitten.

Well, I know that others will give you the rationale "seek help and counseling" and that would be wise, but I wish to answer your actual question.

First, there is only one way to heaven. There is no way to "die" even a martyrs death and gain heaven.

But, if you are a Christian and you wish to "up your odds" for the short timers list. I would suggest one of the following.

1. Police/Fireman high mortality rate.

2. Soldier according to the Left we are loosing men by the truck load.

3. Lay minister to a really evil part of the world. China, Middle East, that sort of thing.

4. Fly to the bottom of Africa, South America or to the Coastal side of China and do a walk across wandering missionary journey.

5. Take up flying or other extreme sport.

6. Try to be the first person to swim around Australia.

7. Do an animal documentary.

8. Apply for Secret Service and ask to watch over Hilary or Obama.

Whew! I am just about out of ideas. Even though these were put forth with some humor I think you would find that you are out doing good or living and that may make you wish to do my final suggestion.

9. Napping at 90

My best guess is that you will have to wait until your natural time to die arrives. Maybe you can choose euthanasia in case of having an incurable disease (you'll have to move to Oregon), but if you are at least reasonably healthy, friend, is YOUR responsability to help youself to find ways to make sense of your life. What about volunteering some hours of work per week? Helping other people in bad situations can make you feel a lot better about yourself; don't want to help people? help animals, shelters are always needing extra help, fostering animals is quite rewarding for some people. Join a group of ambientalists and take care of the environment, the list of choices is long, and many are for free. Sitting patetically whinning for a life without suffering is immature and irresponsable. I am not a religious person, but I believe in God as the common origin of all humankind, as well as I also believe in self responsability and courage. Read the Bible again with new eyes. God has not given any lazy person anything. When the Israelites got out of Egipt they had to pack their belongings and walk under the desert sun during 40 years; when Jesus preached, he didn't have carriages, he walked, and preached under trees or wherever he could, eating whatever he could get. They were strong and brave and had to face all the miseries that life can bring sometimes. Faith can give you emotional strenght and hope, but you are not going to get what you haven't earned no matter how many people have told you to just sit and wait. Seek something to do because probably you have too much spare time to be torturing yourself with nonsense. Even more urgently, seek for medical help, counseling, a psychiarist, an emergency line to talk to someone and get advice. We all have passed through rough, very rough spots, but we have to help ourselves. If others have done it, you can do it as well. Remember, not eveyone who attemps suicide succeeds; you can become completely crippled, totally dependent, mutilated, etc... then you will probably have a lot more troubles that you may have now. Find the courage to live and do something good with your life. You are the only one responsable for your life. Take care,

I think you are a person who lives in fear. I have no idea of what were you told in your religion but it sounds to me that you are repressed and afraid to enjoy life. Life is hard, rough, there is a lot of bad things happening and nasty people all around; but there is also beauty, good, nice people, kindness, solidarity and enjoyment. You don't have to drink until you drop, make drugs, get into shopping sprees or anything like that; do you enjoy reading? maybe some light adventure books could help, have you considered get a pet? dogs are wonderful but very demanding, cats are adorable and they are not as depending as dogs, you can hug them and they can be your friends; feeding birds in your garden or window, gardening, walking, taking dancing lessons, learning how to play a musical instrument, , painting, taking general culture classes, learning a foreing language, taking cooking lessons, joining a tai chi class will soothe you, and YES, endurance. Personally, I believe that heaven and hell are down here and that the decissions we take during our life have a lot to do with how our lives come out. Not accepting personal responsability and only blaming God and the devil for what happens is a lot easier than having the courage to face our mistakes. I strongly suggest that you visit a therapist to talk about it and review your options (there are options). Maybe a few simple changes in your life could make the difference for good for you, or a major one, once for all. I salute you warmly and wish you good.

Well, it looks like your heart and mind are both in the right place. Die naturally. Don't commit suicide, because that is a sin.

The best thing to do is the right thing, and to follow your Holy Book, which would be a Bible if you were Christian.

Just remember, What Would Jesus Do? If that helps, go with it.

I wish you best of luck, because if you truly are a good soul, it will be worth it at the end!

Well I think you need to see your Dr. ASAP for depression, get on some meds, see a counselor.

Taking away the life God gave you will not get you into heaven. It's his life to give and his life to take...when he's good and ready. Not when you are.

Be strong!

Heavenly father does not give us any trials which we can not endure. What he puts you through, he will get you through.

I'm sorry you feel the need to committ suicide. Don't let you depression take your life away. Please find counseling and start joinig social support groups. And, if you are really religious you need to know that committing suicide is very selfish because you are making your loved ones suffer, and if you do so, you will most likely not go to heaven.
I found a forum for you:

Matthew 11:28-29

11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

YAHWEH flat up says do not wish for home but to be patient and to stand fast. The time will come when it comes. Just stand proud like a warrior going home singing your death song.

Great Chief Tucumseh

So live your life that the fear of death can never enter your heart. Trouble no one about their religion; respect others in their view, and demand that they respect yours. Love your life, perfect your life, beautify all things in your life. Seek to make your life long and its purpose in the service of your people. Prepare a noble death song for the day when you go over the Great Divide. Always give a word or a sign of salute when meeting or passing a friend, even a stranger, when in a lonely place. Show respect to all people and grovel to none.

When you arise in the morning give thanks for the food and for the joy of living. If you see no reason for giving thanks, the fault lies only in yourself. Abuse no one and no thing, for abuse turns the wise ones to fools and robs the spirit of its vision.

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song, die like a hero going home.

I don't know why you are so depressed but before you decide to die, I recommend that you seek psychiatric help. You'll probably look at things somewhat differently after taking a course of antidepressants.
