Leave them alone and give them time, you can't force them together eventually they will get along on their own terms.

I am a major cat lover and come from a big cat family :) They just need the time to trust in each other. Once they know that each other mean no harm, they will start to come together as a family. (E.x- Getting a new best friend means you will have to be around that person and trust in that person.) It took my 2 new youngsters a few weeks(2-3) to get used to my 17 year old cat. Now they are always sleeping together and act as if the older cat is the dad.
I hope I answered some of the questions you were wondering about.

he's slot in the different admire? Then it is not bothering him. Are you giving him cows' milk? while you're you are able to not. ignore the pills - it is not an infection. desirable look into what he's eating. make certain you do not leave your guy or woman nutrition around for him to acquire, and get him onto dry nutrition (which you would be able to get from the vet) as quickly because of the fact the vet says he's sufficiently old to consume it. Has he been out interior the backyard? if so he's in all probability doing something stupid like eating slugs, or in all probability searching and catching mice. you may get books on cat care from the library, the RSPCA one has functional suggestion.

When I got a female cat, it took my male cat a couple of weeks to really accept her. I separated them and just put them together about 5-10 minutes a day and a little by little they started to get along and now they are best friends

You have to do a slow and careful introduction. If you just put them together, they might never get along - cats are very territorial.
It's not to late to backtrack now - separate them for a while and then do a slow intro. This article explains exactly how:
http://wvcats.com/integrating_cats.htm
If you follow the steps (it doesn't usually take as long as it sounds), most cats will learn to at least coexist peacefully, and many will even become friends.

First of all it was so wonderful of you to take the cats inside!!! And also to have them taken care of with the vet. Don't give up ,as sometimes it takes quite a while for everyone to adjust. I would just kind of ignore them as long as there is no serious fighting, and just hissing.Sometimes that is the best thing to do and eventually they will except the other ones. I wish you the best of luck with your new, and extended family.

Not really. You can try to get them apart a while and introduce them slowly. Meaning give the new kitties a room of their own etc. Other than that they will have to work things out on their own

Cats are very territorial. The time that it will take for them to become acclimated to one another is anyone's guess, I know from experience, but with you being there it will happen. Be patient.

Not sure if this will work for you, but when I got new cats and my old ones were pissy about it, I'd lock them all in a room with food and a litter box, and a place to sleep. They will soon forget they ever didn't get along. Oh, and be sure and clip their nails before trying this.

your two original cats are just jealous... just make them feel that you are treating them equally... and try to unite or make the four cats be together so that they could get used to each other
