BTW...this dude...he dosen't have a cane or anything that i could see as a disadvantage....it came to my attention because there's only 2 parking spaces in the front of the building and theres like 6 out back...usually this lady who has a visible handicap and uses a walker parks there because theres the elevetor there...and the midget always parked in back before he got his "permit" and the crip and the midget were exchanging words...thats all!
p.s
the midget dude just drinks high gravity beer and some vodka ALL DAY....on a daily basis...he's a toad!

Midgets, dwarfs, and runts...funny yes, handicapped no.

Unless they have a physical handicap, like being confined to a wheelchair or walker, missing a leg or something major, they are not handicapped. The only drawback to being a midget is they have to take twice as many steps and need special setups in their cars.

I'd call the DMV and ask for verification that "Mr. Littleman" is entitled to a handicapped sticker. He's about as entitled to one as obese people are entitled to them – their not, their just fat and lazy!

If he's abusing the system, and it sounds like he is, get a little payback and get him in trouble.

How can he even drive? I guess they've figured out something while I was sleeping. I guess a midget could run the small grey line between handicapped and able-bodied but when I think handicap, I think of amputees or the elderly. A midget who can walk and uses a handicap spot just sounds lazy but if you confront him you're bound to look like an asshole.

Why, do you need the spot?
He probably did come by it legally. They police can, and I think, do check the permits against license plates and registrations.

If you are that concerned, and you think there is someone else who needs it more, check with the police. Otherwise, in the interest of neighborliness, let it go.

Oh, if you want to be "PC", the term is "little person", but let's not open THAT can of worms!

Yes, actually. Being a little person is more than just being short. They are considered physically disabled because they cannot do everything an average healthy adult can do, at lesat not without some kind of assistance.

And you think he doesnt deserve it? Should we award you the placard for mental disability instead?

Of course its considered a handicap. When youre not like 9/10ths of the population, you get a few perks...

Yes.

"Little people" have difficulty doing things that we take for granted, such as reaching faucets, buying groceries, carrying tools etcetera. Even walking a short distance is much longer when your legs are so short.

Little people often develop problems with their joints and thus need to be very careful to take care of their bodies.

It is a handicap. Maybe the guy has trouble walking because of is short stature.

Yes and they prefer to be called "little people". Midgets is no longer a socially acceptable term.
