If you seriously think you have a problem with this, it could be OCD = Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

Talk to a counselor/therapist about this.
If you don't, it can get much worse.
When you hear about old people in a house, with trash up to the ceiling, 28 cats, etc., that's what this is.

I suppose there could be other ailments or disabilities that would affect ones ability to clean, in addition to many other things.

For example, I can't imagine a quadriplegic being able to do much around the house (not a joke...trying to be serious here)

And...there may be someone who is highly allergic to certain cleaning solvents or chemicals.

Other than that...the cleaning disability is called being lazy.

You might have an "adversion" to cleaning (& aLOT of people have THAT!), but that's not a disability.
