I am stumped on how people get deal with "that" everyday in public. I refuse to do "it" in a public bathroom, since I lack the knowledge of proper usage of dry toilet paper after "2ing".

There's no right or wrong way to use toilet paper, you can wad it or fold it, whatever rocks your boat. If you use a whole lot of it, you may want to flush an extra time halfway through, especially in older buildings. You don't want the toilet to become clogged up.

Use it as if it were in your own home. I always roll the outside of the paper in to be sure I get the cleanest side, even at home.

You wad it or fold it, and then wipe.

If you dislike dry paper, try dampening it at the sink before going into the stall.

You use the toilet paper as if you were at home. There is no shame in it, everyone does it.
