how can i tell someone to stop emailing me,?

i have a guy who will not stop emailing me , instant messenging me and he is also calling me on my home phone number. he tells me that he is in love with me but he and i have never met. he will
not leave me alone and i have told him that as well to stop contacting me. he lives in nigeria.

just tell him if he don,t stop you will be letting the cops known about him harassing you.

Change them all...phone number,IM,email...........
