I have a 14 week old puppy, how long can I leave him in his crate?
A book told me 4-6 hours a day but I work all day long?

All day long is a VERY LONG time for such a little one to hold his bladder. Any way you can leave him in a room without carpet (bathroom?) with newspapers down till he gets older??

At that age, no more than 4 hours. You need to either come home at lunch and let the puppy out or find someone to do it for you.

puppies have weak undeveloped bladders and shoulsd not hold it that long. You need to come home at lunch time and let him out or get somone to let the puppy out. This is very crul to make him hold it that long

No more than 4 hours! If you can't come home at lunch, or have somebody come let him out for you, you should invest in a doggy door!!

4-6 hours is plenty, if you can't let him out during the day, try and find someone that can come over and let him out or try and doggy day care, there he would get socialized
