I downloaded some songs from napster and played them on My computer in windows media player 11 my default music player they have played in the media player for about 6 months i turn on my computer this morning go to listen to them and media Player refuses to play them, i tried playing them in I tunes no luck there either. The file has become corrupted can i claim my money back for those songs from Microsoft because of dodgy software??

I can only tell you that sometimes that media player 11 get their wires crossed and tell you that your music files were not protected.

Open up Media participant, then pass to the "start up" menu (backside left corner). click on "seek" and sort the call of the track. whilst it shows it, click and drag it to the Media participant exhibit, and it will then be on your library.
