You can add a music track when you edit the video on your PC - most consumer video editing software can add one or more audio track(s).

Mostly, people add music in post.
You film what you want recorded, then you edit out what you don't want. Edit the music and add to video. (Sounds like cooking class... Two parts video, one part music - edit for three hours and cook to DVD.)
Of course there are legal issues regarding copyrighted music... But that's not what you asked.
Another option (and one I don't think is a good option) is to play music and feed it into the camcorder during the event that you are taping. But why? It's much easier in post production.

Easy. Start recording, put a tape in a boombox and turn it UP! Or, you could connect your camera to your computer via a firewire or USB cable, import it into a program such as Windows Movie Maker, and add music to the track. Hope this helps!

Basically you can't.
Unless you own an old JVC camcorder from the 90's, that prerecords audio, so you can lipsync for music-videos, you are out of luck.
I own one :)*
Your best option is to do post production with a video editor.

You Cannot. i still haven't heard/read/tried of any videocam that can do that, and it will be a first but won't be a plus when you shoot videos with it.
Maybe what you mean to ask is add music to the videos before you burn it to a disc- of course, and you can do that when you work/edit it at the computer.
