Lorraine, stay in school, dear.

You will have to be about 10 years after 11 before you even have a prayer of selling booze out of a van. Although, come to think of it, I see folks selling stuff out of vans in West LA every day. Supposedly it is vegetables, but one never knows....they could easily be hiding a pint of tequila inside a head of lettuce for all I know.

In any case, chances are slim to none, even if you are 21, that you will be able to secure a license to sell booze out of a van.

I did, however, know a couple girls in high school that were selling BOOTY out of a van...could that be what you mean? Not sure, but I can also say you will need to be WELL "after 11" before you can do that as well, and I still don't think you'll be able to get a license to do so.

So, stick to the books, darlin'. Stick to the books.

if you are allowed to sell alcohol from a van after 11 you will need a personal licence under the licensing act 2003 . this is now regulated by district councils . visit your local council website and search licensing act 2003 . good luck but dont hold your breath .

I think the problem here is location.

There exist two types of ABC licenses: OFF and ON.
OFF means you can sell booze only to be consumed OFF the premises. ON means you can sell booze to be consumed ON the premises only. And yes, you can have an OFF / ON license.

But, either license involves premises (i.e.: A building, a physical location, an address).

I'm just not sure if it works mobile, you'd have to contact your state or county ABC board (Alcoholic Beverage Control).
Good luck.

You would not get i licence for it but you could sell lollypops and give people free drinks with every lollypop then your selling sweets not drinks, but you would have to price your lollypops right to cover your overheads if you know what i mean. Good luck if i see you doing this i will certanly stop you and buy one.

All you need is a drivers license. Put the key in the van and turn it. It should start.
