how do u know if a guy likes you?

k so its starts with this kid i sorta like.who my friend asked if he likes me he didn't answer but he said "y does she like me?" then i was talking to him and he was like "sooo who do you like"
so i just said no1 and he's like same. but i didn't believe him and so i asked again and hes kept saying no1. but then towards the end of the convo he was like i'll tell you if you tell me first
i've only met him twice in person but i always talk to him online and we're always playfully flirting like "saying love you and <333" things like that. the problem is that i don't think hes cute but i love his personality. personality is a big thing but i think looks matter too. i don't know if he likes me yet but i think hes does.

he f*cking likes you! There two types of guys. A guy that will go out of his way and tell you he likes you....or the shy guy approach (they can be outgoing and still take the shy guys approach) If a guy REALLY likes a girl, he's gonna try to NOT make it look obvious. So in other words it might even seem like he doesn't like you at all, when in reality, he does. He probably already knows you like him, but he's not 100% sure. Since you're the more outgoing one just tell him already. Next time he asks you who you like just say "Isn't it obvious?" or "he's standing right in front of me."

Come on now just tell him how you feel it's obvious that he's feeling you. If you don't feel the same way then just tell him. I will commend you for at least giving him chance since he's not as "cute" as you like. It really shows that you are not a shallow person and that you really do go for people's personalities. But whatever you do keep it real with him the entire time and don't lead him on in any way it could destroy the little bit of confidence that he does have. Good luck.

I think he likes you, he is just shy. Keep playing and having fun with him and he will warm up to the idea and know that he's safe with you.
