If the sneezing turns really bad, the only thing you should do is to consult your doctor about the dog. If your doctor says something aobut allergies then get rid of your dog, and I dont mean killing it just give it back!

Kind of funny, now that I think about it.
I was recently back home with my family.
They had a dog that was causing me to sneeze.
Sometimes I don't cover my mouth, but I don't do that directly at people. I get really tired of holding sneezes everytime.
They are pretty much Germophobes anyways.
Well, they got mad at me for not covering my mouth.
I guess they made a choice.
I have gone and they have their dog.
Perhaps you can take steps, such as cleaning the dog all the time and using some non-allergic spray or powder.
Then, take some drugs to prevent your allergies, maybe get shots from an allergist.
Then, maybe after a period of time you will build up an immunity.

Try changing your air filter once a month, give the doggy a bath about every 2 weeks, and Vaccuum at least once a day... try using some pet air fresheners that reduce animal dander... the powder kind you sprinkle on the carpet before vaccuuming... I hope this was helpful!!

First give him a really good bath -- he just might have something on his fur that is upsetting your nose, not the dog. If after that, you still have problems - get a good allergy medicine. Ask your pharmacist or doctor.
