or is satan an agent of Falwell? Of the two, Falwell exists and does evil. I'm more concerned with him.

I can't say for sure.
He is a sheep fleecer.
Poor sheep are out there and he is right there to grab their money.
He might have worked on a sheep ranch and learned how to fleece the sheep.
