Ketchup of coarse... it is good with fries, hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken nuggets, potatoe wedges, and when most people think of toppings... ketchup comes to mind first!

That's tough. Depends on what food.
If a hot dog, I'd reluctantly take ketchup.
If a sandwich, mustard (if dijon).
Taking everything into account, I'd have to say seeded French style dijon mustard over ketchup
