From a recovering Atkins dieter...no carbs = no fat = whiskey, scotch or bourbon. Add a couple of shots to a glass of diet soda and you'll lose the weight. Otherwise, I've heard that Michelob Ultra has the fewest carbs.
Now, here's something I did. I was like you...about two a day(avg.). Drink your 14 of choice and walk 2 miles a day 5 days a week. I have two dogs that have benefitted with me. They love the walking and I get to drink what I want!

Alcohol is already loaded with carbs, especially sugar carbs. I do know that Guinness has the most "nutrition" of other beers. But drinking any kind of beer will as unnecessary carbs and sugars. I would suggest reducing or totally eliminating it from your life. The results you notice will be amazing, as alcohol causes bloating/water retention.

leave the light beer alone,their is as much as 10 carbs per serving in that bud light.if you really want to drink beer,i recommend BudSelect it only has 4 carbs per serving and it taste better than bud light.i prefer it with a shot or two of clear tequila,their is no carbs in tequila.also vodka is ok,but i am alergic to it.good luck and have fun.

Bud Light has about 6.6 carbs per beer. If you want to lower your carbs a bit try Coors Light (5 carbs), Corona Light (5 carbs), Miller Light (3.2 carbs), or Michelob Ultra (2.6 carbs).

You have to stop drinkin beer to loose the weight!! mich ultra light has the least in all the beers i beleive.
Vodka and bacardi are a good substitution.
but its what you mix it with as to the amt of carbs in it!
Crystal light juice is one of the better juices if u can't tolerate diet soda!

Stop drinking beer if you wish to lose weight. Vodka water with a squeeze of lime one day a week only, max 3. Don't mock me, when dieting you have to give up things you enjoy. That's why they named it DIE*T.

coors light im lookin at a bottle of it right now comparing it to a bottle of bud lite its better i prefer drinking my regular beer and just taking a 5 min jog in the morning ... that will losen up the waist lol

just drink liquor less carbs, will get you buzzed quicker and you dont have to drink as much of it. I think miller lite is one of the lightest beers.
